Directions
As a dietary supplement, empty one packet of Garbage into a 16 fl oz bottle of water. Shake bottle until drink mix dissolves. Fore more intense flavor, mix with less water. To maximize results, drink Garbage twice daily. Try one in the morning and another at noon. If you think you are ready for it, try a third later in the day. Consume Garbage responsibly. It is not recommended to consume more than 4 servings per day and more than one serving every 2 hours.
